Flashforge is committed to providing high-quality 3D printing solutions; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for products in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that consumable items like filament and resin must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your 3D printer to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, tools, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship to Service Center
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
